By commissioning me, you acknowledge you have read all of the following.
Payment;-Non negotiable.I will not begin work until paid off for digital commissions and will not hand off physical/animated finals until the total is fully paid.If we are discussing prices for a custom work and/or payment plan, please make sure both you and I are on the same page of the price as well as there being an opening in the queue (I will not accept even down-payment if theres no room on the queue)Ko-Fi is the primary method I accept payment as it accepts a wide variety of payment options
If you struggle using it/setting it up, need to do a payment plan, or are getting mature content then we can go through PayPal
Refunds;-If you ask for a refund and I have not began work, I will send back the
money back upon request. 100% refundIf I have began work, especially beyond approved sketch or rough animations, all sales are final.In the event a physical commission is cancelled and the materials have
already been put to use, I have every right to repurpose it as personal art or offer it as a discounted custom slot. Anything that is key to your
oc will be removed out of mutual respect. Same applies to custom animations.
Circumstantial Fees;-
If the commission requires more than 3 revisions, I will charge a fee.
(Circumstantial misunderstandings or me missing something is not this!)If you come to me after more than 1 week of the commission being done and approved and want me to tweak at it, there will be a fee charge.If you are coming to me with the intent of using my work to make physical items whether that be stickers, shirts, mugs, pillows, anything at all for personal use or to pass out for free, then I require a small copyright fee. And if this is your intentions with the art from the beginning, please say something so I can orient it to be more printer friendly.If you have intentions of selling what you print of my work, that is an additional fee and a % of what you earn off of it.
Bundles, Discounts and Payment Plans;-Payment plans and bundles are available for reasonable circumstances and will be structured case by case.Getting multiple commissions of a similar kind or multiple adding up to a certain amount may land you a bundle offer.There are many combinations, so ask if yours may count.If your are a Ko-Fi member with applicable discounts, I will try my best to honor your discount if we have to go through PayPal instead for whatever reason.Payment plans are available for
commissions over $75. Starting with 10% minimum and then 2
installments.If you need to do 3 or more installments, there will be an added fee of $3 per payment to cover added PayPal charges.Payment plans should not exceed 6 months. A bigger down payment can help make payments smaller.
Consent-Please be transparent if something is fet content.
I probably won't care but I need to know, so I do not accidentally expose my sfw and minor followers on my sfw accounts.I require a valid form of ID with a birth date on it if the commission is adult in nature or explicit in a way I feel requires me to check ID. You may block out other sensitive information, but I need to see a DOBIf you get mature content with someone else's oc, I will need some form of proof that they have given consent to having their oc partake in it as well as proof of their age.This goes for ship art, too (consent, not always IDing). Tho not all ship art is inherently mature, it's best to check with all parties. Obviously, exceptions for characters from major propertiesPurely sfw surprise gift art is fine or if its a circumstance where you are a return client getting additional art of you and the same friend/partner that has previously consented.
MIA Client-Please provide a back up method of contact if we are only communicating on 1 social media, especially if your @ is different from 1 social to another... If your account gets deactivated, suspended, you lose the login, etc, and I dont hear from you via some other contact method; I will make public posts and try to see if any of your mutuals recognize you and can put us in contact. After 10 to 12 months of trying and waiting with no contact, I will consider the commission funds paid so far as forfeited and if the commission is not yet completed I will repurpose it as a discounted art ych or personal art.
Permissions-You may post it and use it online wherever you please as long as you properly credit me;

You are not permitted to pass my work off as your own.Do not remove my watermark. No, you cannot pay to have it removed, either.Do not edit or modify or 'fix' my work yourself nor ask others to.Do not use my work to make printed goods of any kind without explicit permission and proper fees- if this was your intent for the art from the beginning then say something !! I do not orient my digital illustrations with prints in mind. Ask about my printing options early on if thats your intent please don't ask later. If it wasnt your intent and you come back later on asking consent for older art, thats different.Do not commission with the intent of resale without telling me, getting my consent and paying proper fees.You do not have permission to share around/post wips of commissions. I want unfinished work out there as little as possible as a personal moral.Do not put any of my work in an NFT blockchain.Do not ever feed my work to an AI software of any kind including but not limited to meme filters, deep fakes, image generators, learning software like ChatGPT or Grok, and so on. Immediate block, blacklist, and telling any other artists I know to avoid you.
My Rights-I have the right to deny any commission requests that make me uncomfortable.I can cancel a commission at any time if I feel the client is
being malicious, rude, or in some other way makes me
uncomfortable to continue the work.I have the right as the artist to post my work as I please.I will not make prints or resell any personalized work in any way to keep its unique quality and out of basic respect to my clients.If you want to opt in to being tagged/mentioned/@'ed in the posts of your commission, you must explicitly tell me or it will be left as an anonymous commission.

Everything stated is due to burns in the past sadly and I expect all of my clients to thoroughly understand that this is not the majority- most of my clients are lovely and there are no hiccups.

My TOS is subject to change at a later date, but generally if there are 2 contradicting TOS posting on my socials, go with the one with the more recent date.

If you evade or fail to comply with my TOS, you will be at risk of restricted access to future commission opportunities or even black listed. If you continue to evade or fail to comply even after warnings, you will be blacklisted and other creatives will be advised not to work with you.
